In the process of engineering debugging, the low and high reporting function of the anti-spinning material level switch was verified by the method of continuously adding materials and discharging materials into the silo of the fine powder separator, and the debugging showed that the anti-spinning material level switch could accurately monitor the material level in the silo. The anti-spinning material level switch is suitable for the use of large dust concentration and fine particle size of the material in the warehouse.

Working principle of resistance rotary material level switch


When the detected material rises to the position of the blade, the blade rotation is blocked. The resistance is transmitted to the detection device in the junction box through the drive shaft, and the detection device outputs a switch signal outwward, and cuts off the motor power supply to stop the blade rotation. When the material drops, the resistance of the blade disappears, the detection device will rely on the tension of the spring to restore to the original state, and the blade will restore to the rotating state. For the use of materials with a large proportion difference, the spring tension can be adjusted. When the spring tension is larger, it is adjusted to very strong, otherwise it is adjusted to very weak.


The installation requirements of the anti-spinning material level switch include:


1. Before installation, please confirm whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the voltage on the label.


2. Confirm the density of the material to be measured and select the best blade shape and size. Generally, the higher the density, the smaller the blade.


3. Confirm horizontal installation or vertical installation before installation


I. In horizontal installation, the blade is installed at an Angle of 10 ~ 20° with horizontal downward to reduce the impact of materials.


II. In horizontal installation, the wiring inlet of the junction box should be vertically downward, and the cable fixing nut should be locked tightly. If possible, a rainproof cover can be added.


4. It should be avoided to install in the place of the material inlet. When it is impossible to avoid, a protective baffle can be installed at the top of the switch 200mm to protect the blade from the material impact.


5, the product installation do not knock the transmission part and the blade part, in order to avoid causing unnecessary damage.
