High temperature resistant rotary level switch

High temperature flange resistance rotary material level switch is the use of miniature motor as the driving device, the transmission shaft and clutch connected, when not in contact with the material, the motor runs normally, when the blade contact material, the motor stops rotating, the detection device output a contact signal, at the same time cut off the power to stop rotation. When the material drops, the resistance of the blade disappears, and the detection device is restored to the original state by means of a torsion spring. The torque can be adjusted for materials with different specific gravity.

Resistive rotary material level controller is dedicated to the monitoring of solid point material level in silos, containers and chutes. This level controller reduces overflow, material waste and downtime by preventing bin overflow, chute clogging and bin empty load. High temperature flanged resistance rotary level switch is also suitable for plastics, food, chemical, iron ore, granule and other solid materials. The high temperature flanged level switch eliminates the most common faults in the usual resistive spin controllers. When adding the material, the power off motor is closed, and it does not need to enter the stop state. This reduces wear and operating temperature, thereby prolonging motor life. The controller has fewer moving parts, three sets of drive bearings and sealed, lubricated gear assembly.
