How to install floating ball water level controller correctly

The working principle of the floating ball water level controller is to make the tuning fork vibrate at a certain resonance frequency through a pair of piezoelectric crystals installed on the base of the tuning fork. The controller is a flowmeter based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. The product is manufactured with international new technology. When the tuning fork of the controller contacts with the measured medium, the frequency and amplitude of the tuning fork will change. These changes of the controller are detected by the intelligent circuit, processed and converted into a switch signal. It is used to measure the volume flow of conductive liquid and slurry in blocked pipeline. It is usually matched with the motor starting control device to control the liquid level of industrial or civil water tanks, water tanks, water towers and various acid-base and liquid storage tanks. It is also suitable for non-conductive liquids and media containing suspended solids.

Installation of floating ball water level controller:

1、 Two red lines of low liquid level are drawn on the shell. Mark "a" is used for the starting position of ammonia refrigeration system control, mark "F" is used for the starting position of fluorine system control. According to this sign, the float type water level controller can be installed at a height equivalent to the specified low liquid level.

2、 The inside of the shell is filled with low temperature ammonia liquid, the outside generally does not include insulation, and is often covered by frost water. In order to prevent the inductance coil from moisture and ammonia corrosion, please pay attention to compress the gasket between the upper cylinder, top cover and cable.

3、 There are knobs with scale 1 ~ 6 in the signal, which are used to adjust the relative height between the upper and lower liquid levels. The relative height is 6cm, which can be adjusted at will.

4、 When the float ball goes down through the low liquid level, the relay contact will open. When the float ball goes up through the high liquid level, the relay contact will close. If the inductance coil is open or disconnected, the relay contact is closed.

5、 The liquid level balance pipe should be inclined more than 15 degrees to avoid oil blockage and floating ball failure. When installing the shell of floating ball water level controller, the vertical suspension line shall be made, and there shall be no deflection in any direction. The length of the cable between the signal and the controller will not affect the control function.

6、 The vessel is usually equipped with two liquid level controllers, the lower one controls the standard liquid level, and the upper one gives alarm.

matters needing attention:

1. The action length a of the floating ball must be less than the interval a between the tank wall and the cable, and the low water level D of the floating ball must be greater than the water level D.

2. The position of the device and the flow inlet should be properly separated to prevent the float switch from being sucked into the water inlet.
