Connecting rod type floating ball level switch installation instructions:


1. The installation position should be far away from the water inlet, otherwise the switch will cause misoperation due to the fluctuation of the water inlet.


2. If the switch device is placed on the concrete pool wall, L-shaped Angle steel support can be installed.


3. If the switch device is in the stirring area, the anti-wave tube or anti-wave baffle can be installed.


4. Select the flanged connecting pipe whose inner diameter is greater than the diameter of the float ball.


5. It is recommended to use Φ8mm multi-core cable when wiring.


6. The load of the controlled circuit must match the contact capacity of the float switch.


7. The specific gravity of the liquid to be measured must be greater than the specific gravity of the floating ball.


8. The action point of the floating ball has been adjusted according to the customer's order requirements at the factory. Please do not adjust the position of the floating ball at will.


Connecting rod type float liquid level switch contact protection:


1. When floating ball switches are used in circuits with inductive loads such as motors, relays, screw coils, etc., it is recommended to protect lines in parallel at both ends of the load, such as intermediate relays, RC(buffer), rheostats, diodes, etc.


Note: Do not connect the float switch directly to the solenoid valve, motor or solenoid switch


2. When the floating ball switch is used in capacitive loads such as capacitors, hot bulbs and very long cables, a surge current will be generated between the contacts of the switch; It is recommended to protect the line in parallel at both ends of the float switch, such as current limiting resistor or surge absorber.
