The machine adopts synchronous micromotor after deceleration, driving the detection blade to rotate at the speed of one revolution per minute. When the material level is increased so that the blade rotation is hindered, the detection mechanism will rotate around the spindle displacement. This displacement first causes a micro switch to act and sends out a material level signal. A second microswitch then acts to cut off the motor and stop it. This state is maintained as long as the material level is constant.

Working principle:

When the material level drops and the detection blade loses its block, the detection mechanism will rely on the spring tension to restore the original state. First of all, a micro switch action, turn on the motor power to make it rotate for a week and then make it rotate. Then another micro switch sends out a signal without material level. As long as there is no material block to detect the rotation of the blade, this state will always be maintained.
