HJ-Zncy series two-wire high precision intelligent magnetostrictive level gauge is developed based on the principle of magnetostrictive induced torsion wave, which can measure the liquid level and interface simultaneously. HJ-Zncy series two-wire high precision intelligent magnetostrictive level gauge is developed based on the principle of magnetostrictive induced torsion wave, which can measure the liquid level and interface simultaneously. The magnetostrictive level gauge consists of three parts: the probe rod, the circuit unit and the float. With HART protocol, can adjust the zero and range remotely. Various parameters can also be adjusted by three buttons and LCD in the case. The configurable parameters include unit, display upper and lower limits, damping, translation correction, calibration upper and lower limits, digital and analog fine-tuning correction, and restoration of factory Settings. When the level gauge is measured, the circuit unit generates a current pulse, which travels down the magnetostrictive line and generates a circular magnetic field. A float is provided outside the detecting rod, which moves up and down along the detecting rod as the liquid level changes. The float generates a magnetic field at the same time because it has a set of permanent magnets inside it. When the current's magnetic field meets the float's magnetic field, a "warp" or "return" pulse is generated. The time difference between the "return" pulse and the current pulse is converted into a pulse signal, so as to calculate the actual position of the float and measure the liquid level.
