The magnetic float level gauge is composed of two parts: the field indicating part and its auxiliary device (the level control switch and the liquid level remote transmission transmitter). The user can also choose the field indicating part separately. The instrument can be used for measuring the liquid level of the medium in all kinds of tower, tank, trough, spherical vessel and boiler. This series of liquid level gauges can achieve high sealing, leakage proof and suitable for high temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistant occasions. It makes up for the glass plate (tube) level gauge indicating poor clarity, easy to break and other defects, and the whole process of measurement without blind area, clear display, measurement range.

This series of liquid level gauges can achieve high sealing, leakage proof and suitable for high temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistant occasions. It makes up for the glass plate (tube) level gauge indicating poor clarity, easy to break and other defects, and the whole process of measurement without blind area, clear display, measurement range. Because the measurement shows that the part does not contact directly with the medium, so it is more advantageous to high temperature, high pressure, toxic, harmful, strongly corrosive medium. Therefore, it has higher reliability, safety and practicability than the traditional glass plate (tube) level gauge.

Insert type magnetic float level gauge structure principle:

Liquid level gauge is developed according to buoyancy principle and magnetic coupling effect. When the liquid level in the measured container rises and falls, the magnetic float in the liquid level gauge tube also rises and falls accordingly. The magnetic steel in the float is transferred to the magnetic turning column indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white turning column to turn over 180°. When the liquid level rises, the turning column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the turning column changes from red to white. The red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level inside the container, so as to realize the clear indication of the liquid level.
