Hammer level gauge

Hammer-type material level gauge is installed on the top of the silo. The detection process of material level gauge sensor is controlled by the signal from the control display. The mechanical transmission part of the heavy hammer material level meter is composed of reversible motor, screw, gear shaft, winding barrel, sensitive lever, etc.

When the material level meter sensor receives the detection command: the motor is rotating to drive the gear shaft and the winding barrel to rotate, so that below the wire rope, the heavy hammer is driven down from the top of the warehouse. In this process, the control display calculates the distance between the hammer from the bottom of the silo to the material level surface by detecting the revolution of the winding barrel, carries on the digital display on the panel, and outputs the 4-20mA current on the back panel terminal.

Power principle:

It is composed of hammer, cable, pulley, position sensor and control circuit. When measuring, the hammer drops and the cable rotates with the artery pulley.
