Standard tuning fork level switch is the use of medium damping effect of vibration of a tuning fork and the principle of piezoelectric effect, detect objects (liquid) sensing part is composed of a tuning fork, itself has a fixed vibration frequency and amplitude of vibration, when there is medium damping effect of tuning fork, fork stop vibration, driven by control circuit relay switch signal. The product can adapt to the harsh working conditions, reliable work, is the material level switch instrument used in the product.

Two, the working principle

The working principle of the tuning fork level switch is to make the tuning fork vibrate at a certain resonant frequency through a pair of piezoelectric crystals installed on the tuning fork base. When the tuning fork of the tuning fork level switch is in contact with the measured medium, the frequency and amplitude of the tuning fork will change. These changes of the tuning fork level switch will be detected by the intelligent circuit, processed and converted into a switching signal.

Three, product characteristics

1. Strong adaptability: different electrical parameters, viscosity, pressure and temperature have no effect on the measurement;

2, free from maintenance: due to the tuning fork detection process is completed by the electronic circuit, no mechanical moving parts, simple installation and does not need maintenance;

3, no tuning: because the tuning fork detection is not affected by the electric parameters and density of the measured medium, so when replacing the measured medium, there is no need for on-site tuning;

4, fixed point action, and tuning fork internal frequency is adjustable, suitable for vibration.

Notes for selection:

1) tuning fork is generally vertically installed downward, horizontally installed or inclined downward fork (material viscosity is strong, it is recommended that the fork end is vertically installed downward), does not allow the upward way, that is, the fork end upward way;

2) When there are blocks or hard particles mixed in the material, it is recommended to adopt vertical or inclined installation mode;

3) Before installation on the equipment, it is recommended to test the sensitivity of the calibration meter with a small number of medium samples.
