For a long time, misled by manufacturers, users often have misunderstanding that high-tech instruments have better performance than simple instruments, which leads to the blindly use of expensive instruments in the selection of liquid level instruments, but the actual effect is not ideal, even far less than simple mechanical instruments, Therefore, we should choose the liquid level instrument reasonably according to the actual use conditions.

Installation issues

The installation of the built-in magnetic float liquid level meter must be vertical, otherwise the friction between the metal conducting rod and the limit hole will become jammed, resulting in inaccurate liquid level display. If the built-in magnetic float liquid level meter shakes seriously in the liquid container, it is necessary to replace the installation site or add anti wave tube.

The steam heat tracing of the external magnetic float liquid level meter cannot be close to the measuring cylinder, panel and remote measuring rod. The tracing wire, thermal insulation material, panel and measuring rod cannot be fixed with magnetic wire.

Panel failure

The magnetic float liquid level meter used in the field often shows that the magnetic bead indication on the panel is inaccurate and the liquid level indication is discontinuous. The red magnetic bead representing the liquid level has a white display, and part of the white magnetic bead representing the empty liquid level has a red liquid level indication. When the situation is bad, the red and white magnetic beads are messy.

Fault analysis: after the panel has been used for a long time, some magnetic beads appear degaussing phenomenon, there are stolen goods jam between the magnetic beads, the magnetic field of the magnetic ball in the measuring cylinder is weakened, the float rises and falls too fast (jam) and the panel has no time to react.

Treatment: use a small magnet or a magnetic screwdriver to determine the height position of the magnetic float in the measuring cylinder, and then slowly draw the magnetic beads on the float down the panel to make all the magnetic beads turn red. The same is true for the magnetic beads above the magnetic float to make all the magnetic beads turn white. If it is unable to eliminate, check whether the magnetic beads between the panels are jammed and deformed, and deal with it. If it is still unable to solve, replace the panel.
